I was really surprised when I lit this candle. I'm not sure what I smelled..I just know it was an EXCELLENT Christmasey scent. I didn't really smell almond and maybe just a pinch ..if any....of the peppermint..I don't care for peppermint scents but I LOVE LOVE LOVE this scent and the throw is strong. Definitely a year round keeper for me =)
